Our Return Policy

We maintain strict quality control, but understand returns/exchanges may be needed. If unsatisfied with your new, unworn item(s), we'll assist with returns.

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your package immediately.
  • Contact us promptly at fullywear.cn@gmail.com for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

Must-Know:

1. Authorization Required: Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt for return authorization & address. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

2. Quality Issues: Returns are accepted only for quality defects. Minor color/size variations are inherent and not considered defects.

3. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and (for intimates) protective strips intact. Items showing use, stains (makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc.) will be refused.

4. Return Address: Use only the address provided by Customer Service. Do not return to our website address.

How to Return:

1. Shipping: Ship via your local post office to avoid customs fees. Include the completed return authorization form.
2. Tracking & Risk: Use a trackable service and retain your tracking number. You are responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit. COD returns are not accepted.
3.  Fees: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).

After We Receive Your Return:

  • You'll receive email confirmation.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
