1. When will my order ship?

· Processing typically takes 3-5 days.

· Delivery times vary by location and are usually shown on the product page.

· If no time is shown, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

· Tracking numbers update 3-5 days after shipping. Contact us at fullywear.cn@gmail.com if you don't have one after 7 business days.

2. Can I return an item? What if it's damaged?

· We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective/damaged items.

· Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase; you cover return shipping. Include your name and order number.

· Refunds are processed after we receive the item.

· Note: You must wait for and return items in transit before a refund.

3. Can I cancel my order?

· Changes, credits, refunds, or cancellations are generally not possible before delivery.

· Exception: Email fullywear.cn@gmail.com within 8 hours of placing your order to see if cancellation is possible.

4.  I entered the wrong address. What now?

· Notify us immediately by replying to your order confirmation or emailing fullywear.cn@gmail.com.

· We can correct addresses only within 8 hours of order placement. No refunds for incorrect addresses submitted after this window.
